Rocky
Mountain Greyhound Adoption, Inc. (Est. 1994) is a 501(c)3 non-profit
organization dedicated to finding permanent, loving homes for retired
racing Greyhounds. Our volunteers are located primarily in the area
north of Denver, stretching as far as Fort Collins. And our kennel is
just east of Brighton, Colorado.
If
you've been thinking about getting a pet and you admire Greyhounds,
consider adopting one of these noble, affectionate and loyal dogs. We
know that you will be rewarded with many years of love and enjoyment.

Ken
& Nita Eaton
President & Secretary (respectively)
Ken & Nita adopted their first 2 greyhounds, Lonesome & Easter,
back in 2001. Then along came Halle! A pup from Kansas with a broken leg
that prevented the leg from growing. They have been serving as photographers
for our "picture" events, and have lots of great ideas for the
future!
Jan Woll
Vice-President
Jan adopted her first greyhounds 11 years ago, shortly before RMGA was
formed. She and Janet got the group going "way back when."
After being "owned" by 9 adopted 'hounds, Jan is branching
out and now has part ownership in a couple of race pups. Life is always
interesting!
Brian
Weibler
Treasurer
Brian adopted Luther back in 1999, and somehow we convinced him to use
his considerable talents as a CPA to help out RMGA. He does a great
job making sure we get those bills paid, and keep money in the old bank
account!
Judith
Lutsky
Board Member
Judith adopted Dancing Paws from Recycled Racers, and Paws introduced
Judith to Torri. Didn't take long for Judith to get "hooked"
on playing with the adoption dogs, racers, race pups, but when she saw
her first baby greyhounds, it was all over. She has "pre-adopted"
half of the kennel. She is now coordinating our events.
Jill
Elliott
Board Member
Jill adopted De La Hoya from Recycled Racers, but soon met up with our
group. We fell in love with Hoya, and he sort of liked us, too. So we
had no choice but to adopt them both! Jill has also gotten greyhounds
under her skin, she recently adopted TS Fly By, and she has been helping
a LOT with our events.
Torri Morris
Adoption Coordinator
The best for last! Torri has been involved with greyhounds for about
20 years now as breeder, trainer, birthing coach, nurse, and she started
adopting out her racers from the very beginning. She brings such
a wealth of information about the dogs, and we have yet to see a greyhound
that doesn't immediately fall in love with her. We couldn't do it without
her!
